I've been keeping busy with reading and writing and home school activities. I'm so busy, in fact, that I keep thinking I've missed something important. I know I haven't met all the goals I set for myself this month. I still have some time but I don't know whether I'll make it in the end. I still haven't got a map for book two. The world map is still not revamped to fix the mistakes. And I'm still in limbo about whether my cover works as it stands or not. But I'm keeping up with my challenges and we're back on track with school. I think those count as victories. :) Read on to see my responses for the past four days of the challenge. #AuthorsChallenge2019 May Edition: Days 20 - 23
Guess what! Something good came out of one of my faux pas. I've been working on my site and creating some forms to help me keep track of things and discovered I'd missed two emails. One of them was a request for an interview. *blink blink* Me? Yep. The awesome folks at NFReads.com interviewed me and you can read it here: Interview With Author Robin McElveen. I hope you'll visit the rest of the site and check out all the other authors they've interviewed. There are tons! You'll certainly find one or two who would be of interest to you. :) Thank you all so much for keeping up with my blog posts! I appreciate every one of you. I'm terrible at checking email, mostly because I take a lot of activities on at one time. I'm oblivious to a lot of things around me. But I do appreciate each one of my readers and want you to know that. If I was working at two jobs and my kids attended a school outside my home, I might be able to be more attentive. I might also have enough money to hire an assistant. But that probably won't ever be something I put on my high priority list. I like doing things the way I'm doing them. I like knowing my own mind and being able to trust myself. I'd lose some of that if I hired a helper. So just know that I'll answer emails and comments as I notice them. It may be a few days, maybe even longer than that, but I'll do my best.
